Branch Operations Internship

Some college in a relevant field; internship involving branch operations, cash handling, and customer service.

Universal Banker II

Associates degree or equivalent; 3+ years in financial institution; 12 months consumer loan experience; supervisory experience a plus; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Universal Banker

Associates degree or equivalent required; 18 months of financial institution experience with cash handling and sales; 6 months consumer loan processing; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Assist customers with banking needs, cross-sell products, and open accounts; requires 18+ months in financial services and 6+ months consumer loan experience.

Collections Specialist

High School or GED required. NMLS registration. Knowledge of state and federal banking loan regulations, to include Fair Lending. Prior collection experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, team player, quick learner, able to multi-task.

IT Project Analyst

3–5 years IT experience; lead IT projects; coordinate with vendors; networking fundamentals; strong communication and documentation; Microsoft 365.

Sr. Commercial Lender

Commercial Lender

Bachelor’s in Business/Accounting/Finance; 10+ years commercial lending; strong communication; analytical; mortgage lending certification a plus.

SBA Operations Manager

5 years SBA lending experience, 3 years in a leadership role; strong knowledge of SBA 7(a) and 504; bachelor's degree in business or finance.

Associates degree or equivalent; 3+ years financial institution experience with cash handling and sales; 1+ year loan processing; supervisory experience a plus; bilingual preferred.

Branch Manager II

Leads branch operations, ensures regulatory compliance, grows deposits and loans, and develops team performance.

Business Banker

3+ years of banking experience at the Relationship Banker level; strong analytical, relationship management, and sales skills; knowledge of business banking products.
