Job Description
You'll be building products that enable breakthrough medical discoveries while protecting patient privacy, helping healthcare organizations unlock insights from their data that could accelerate drug discovery, improve patient outcomes, and advance precision medicine.
Identify and validate customer needs from our evolving ICP and represent our customer in product and feature development
Articulate a product vision and strategy for both internal and external audiences
Deeply understand and map out our competitive landscape, keeping it up to date
Work closely with engineering to maintain and update our product roadmap
Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders in engineering, sales, marketing and customer success on priorities and deliverables
Monitor product performance so that we can make data driven decisions
Work closely with customers to establish ROI and provide information for case studies

Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience working as a product manager in the tech industry (this is NOT an entry level position)
Experience with software product development for enterprise customers (ideally you have been through multiple product lifecycles)
Experience owning and managing a product roadmap
Effective communication skills; you need to influence without authority, work with your stakeholders and set expectations appropriately
Effective time management skills; there’s a lot of moving pieces and you need to be able to stay on top of it all
Technical aptitude; we’re looking for someone who knows their stuff. It’s not enough to just know the buzzwords
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python, Kubernetes, Docker, Jira
Technical comprehension of machine learning, NLP, NER
Experience with unstructured data platforms
Having a (small) portfolio of products you have directly worked on delivering, ideally from ideation to production
Track record of launching successful products from concept to market, especially in the healthcare space, even if in a supporting role
Heathcare/healthtech experience
Familiarity with EPIC, Cerner, and other major EHR Systems
Familiarity with clinical research workflows
Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7)
Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, GDPR)
