Your role:

  • Evaluate a dynamic portfolio of complex tax operations to deliver valuable business insights.
  • Recognize intricate opportunities and risks associated with domestic and U.S. tax matters.
  • Offer expert tax advice and planning services to clients across various industries.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships by gaining a deep understanding of their specific needs.
  • Lead high-performing teams, sharing your expertise and knowledge of best practices.
  • Create clear and strategic plans to enhance clients' tax processes.
  • Continuously expand your expertise to maintain your status as a trusted advisor by staying informed about emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • U.S. CPA certification and/or IRS enrolled agent status.
  • Extensive experience in managing U.S. tax compliance projects for corporations and partnerships, handling U.S. tax provisions for both public and private entities, and conducting technical writing and research within the tax domain.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a proven history of leading teams effectively.
  • Skill in articulating complex tax concepts to clients and professionals without a tax background.
  • Talent for developing long-term client partnerships while identifying opportunities and risks to enhance service delivery.
