Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Data Analyst. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Policy Advisory & Compliance / Stakeholder Management
  • Support the management of Consent Order metrics.
  • Advise metric contacts on third-party policy adherence.
  • Assist in preparing for Risk, MRA, and Audit reviews
  • Track and support execution of metric portfolio changes.
  • Tooling Enhancement
    • Contribute to technology enhancements for improved user experience.
    • Assist in automating controls and streamlining reporting processes.
  • Data Analysis
    • Conduct monthly data quality and completeness reviews
    • Analyze trends and identify gaps in reporting data.
  • Support remediation efforts and ensure timely resolution of data issues.
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting or compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 70954 to $ 105007
