Overview:
Support the Product division (Physical Product, Data and Insights, Customer Care, Culinary) in developing and executing the new initiative roadmap and continuous improvement actions across teams. Drive innovation across the Canadian business and in so doing provide proof of concepts to the global organization.
- Be the voice of the future - challenging and helping the organization to define the long term vision for the product and implementing initiatives to ensure we are moving closer to that vision.
- Be the voice of the present - driving continuous improvement projects across the division and the organization to ensure we are delivering the best product possible every day.
- Be the voice of the customer - bringing the customers’ perspective into every decision, ensuring that we don’t take shortcuts or make decisions based on what is best for the organization, but instead make decisions based on what is best for the customer.
Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for
- Mentor and grow a diverse team of colleagues spanning numerous areas of expertise (physical product, data and insights, customer care, culinary), ensure high levels of engagement and execution across the division
- Define and drive the product vision for Canada - Establish the long term vision and roadmap for the physical product in partnership with market leadership as well as key global stakeholders
- Create and input product considerations into yearly and quarterly budgets, track performance against those targets and identify gap closure opportunities through the run of business
- Be a voice for change at the global level, demonstrate through the actions of the Canadian team the power and positive impact of big bets on the business
- Stay abreast of trends in the food industry and ensure that HelloFresh is a leading food voice in Canada
- All other duties, as assigned

- Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams
- Proven track record in developing roadmaps and taking them through to implementation
- Documented history of identifying and actioning trends
- Established ability to lead beyond your direct scope and influence a large, matrixed organization
- 10-15 years of experience leading teams - focus on product, data, or culinary teams is beneficial
- Demonstrated skill at bringing order to chaos, setting an agenda, and then working with the team to deliver on that agenda
- All other duties, as assigned

It’s no surprise that as a food company, we use many ingredients that may be considered common allergens (i.e. peanuts, tree nuts, milk, etc.).
