AI Team & Mission
Sagard is on a journey to become an AI-first organization. We believe that AI will reshape the workplace by automating repetitive tasks and enabling our teams to focus on high-value, strategic work.
To accelerate this transformation, we’re hiring a junior, technical, delivery-focused individual to work on internal AI projects and enablement. You will be part of a small and agile team to discover opportunities, build fast prototypes, and drive adoption across investment, finance, and operational functions.
What You'll Do
- Run training, office hours, and playbooks to drive AI adoption.
- Find high-value use cases with different teams; prototype workflows, prompts, and small apps.
- Build and support lightweight tools and integrations in Python or TypeScript; use version control and basic cloud services.
- Set guardrails for safe use: data handling, access, monitoring, documentation.
- Track outcomes and iterate: usage, time saved, feedback.
- Track AI trends and experiment with emerging capabilities to fuel continuous innovation
What You Bring
- Computer science degree or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying applications with GenAI tools and LLMs
- Solid fundamentals: Python or TypeScript, APIs, Git, basic cloud.
- Clear communication and facilitation with non-technical users.
- Comfort working in ambiguity; scrappy, curious, and biased toward "good-enough" prototypes over perfection.
- Growth mindset and collaborative spirit—passionate about enabling others, sharing learnings, and fostering a culture of experimentation.
- Nice to have: one to two years in consulting or customer-facing software engineering roles.
Why Join Us
