Description

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a highly motivated, senior-level Marketing Manager, Global Partnerships, to join our Corporate Marketing team. This individual will take ownership of the partnership marketing strategy, co-marketing initiatives with our partner ecosystem, driving programs that expand reach, generate demand, and strengthen Meltwater’s global presence.
This role requires a strategic, self-starter mindset with the ability to confidently collaborate with executives, partners, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, a track record of executing high-impact partner marketing campaigns, and deep experience in partner marketing.

What You’ll Do:

Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing campaigns with ecosystem partners, including social media, blogs, events, webinars, content collaborations, and more.
  • Surface and assess marketing opportunities that expand partner reach, accelerate joint GTM initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with Meltwater’s global brand strategy, business objectives, and wider partnership goals.
Cross-Functional & Executive Collaboration
  • Work closely with executives, sales, partnerships, and product marketing to build and activate partner-driven programs.
  • Work closely with the Content and Design teams to support the development of joint partner content, thought leadership, and success stories.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to global partner stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring marketing commitments are delivered on time.
Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Own end-to-end project management of co-marketing initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.

Brand Stewardship & Content Activation
  • Ensure all programs adhere to Meltwater’s brand guidelines while adapting creative assets to resonate with partner and regional audiences.
  • Support the development of joint partner content, thought leadership, and success stories that elevate Meltwater’s global reputation.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years focused on partner marketing in the tech industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing partner marketing programs that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging executives and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, content, digital, and sales teams.
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.

  • Base Salary of $80,000 – $100,000 CAD per year + 15% annual bonus paid in quarterly installments [subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan]. Total compensation range for this position: $92,000 - $115,000 CAD per year.
