Key Responsibilities:
- Off-boarding Administration – Handle administrative aspect of employee offboarding process for employees based in Canada and the United States, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Onboarding Support – Welcome new hires to CARFAX, including day one communications, welcome tours, employee file management, and more!
- Compliance Administration – Issue policies in ADP, assist in the launch of training campaigns in Absorb, and diligently track compliance for key milestones (new hire, ad hoc campaigns, and annual requirements).
- Office Experience Support – Execute a variety of in-office activities to enhance our office culture.
- General Administrative Support – Assist with survey administration (new hire and exit), monthly reporting requirements, and employment letters.
Key Qualifications:
- One year experience working in HR administration
- High attention to detail and standards of quality
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Positive team player who takes initiative
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite applications: Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Bamboo, ADP, and Microsoft Forms a bonus!
