Key Responsibilities: 
  • Off-boarding Administration – Handle administrative aspect of employee offboarding process for employees based in Canada and the United States, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees. 

  • Onboarding Support – Welcome new hires to CARFAX, including day one communications, welcome tours, employee file management, and more!

  • Compliance Administration – Issue policies in ADP, assist in the launch of training campaigns in Absorb, and diligently track compliance for key milestones (new hire, ad hoc campaigns, and annual requirements).

  • Office Experience Support – Execute a variety of in-office activities to enhance our office culture.

  • General Administrative Support – Assist with survey administration (new hire and exit), monthly reporting requirements, and employment letters.

  • One year experience working in HR administration

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite applications: Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
