What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our team, you’ll connect directly with union members who have requested assistance regarding their benefits. You’ll guide them through their available options, explain program details clearly, and ensure each family receives the personalized support they deserve.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with union members.

  • Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone appointments.

  • Presenting benefits programs in a professional, engaging, and informative way.

  • Completing digital applications and documentation accurately.

  • Upholding company standards through quality control and compliance.

  • Participating in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities.
