Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Project Manager with 5 years of experience, you will lead and coordinate the successful delivery of projects within the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and uphold quality and safety standards. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering positive relationships.

Role accountabilities:
In this role, you will provide assistance to Package Managers and Design Manager to co-ordinate the integration of discipline designs using an Interdisciplinary review process. You will ensure the design teams communicate effectively across disciplines, promote the production of ICDDs and RFIs across the discipline teams, and lead the IDR process and collaborate with the discipline leads to submit packages. You will assist the BIM Manager in developing coordinated federated design models and manages the clash detection process, assist Discipline Team Leaders to identify issues, change and Risk, and promote a safety culture and production of safety documentation to support design submissions. Where required, you will chair design team meetings, workshops and Interdisciplinary reviews, develop reporting metrics to report on design integration progress to the Project Director/Project Manager, and provide assistance so that local staff work effectively with Global colleagues. You will also lead interdisciplinary design checks/ reviews and design appraisals and if required, attend planning sessions and weekly production calls. You will also assist in the production of Hazard Information as the design progresses and that it is transferred to design Risk Logs and Design Risk Assessments by the discipline leads and Package managers, coordinate and integrate technical queries and requests for information into the design outputs, and assist in the development on an integrated schedule.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in engineering or related field
- 5 years experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on large and complex rail/transit projects from concept to delivery and/or P3 experience
- Proficiency with FTP, Share Point, ISO, MS Office
- Experience in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit
