Key Accountabilities 

-Be knowledgeable of departmental expectations, SOP’s, notification requirements, and compliance standards

-Delegate tasks & provide oversight of the completion of duties

-Provide feedback and coaching to Operators surrounding role expectations and company SOP

-Create & maintain a positive, proactive, and productive working environment

-Provide quality control function of all work completed under your supervision

Education and Qualifications

-Previous Surveillance Supervisory experience
