Job summary
As Vice President, Growth Marketing within the Global Small Business organization, you will be responsible for driving growth through Chase Canada’s website. You will lead the strategy and execution of website enhancements, content strategies, UX improvements, SEO/GEO optimizations, and marketing automation initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth and deliver measurable ROI.
The Global Small Business Organization – a division of Merchant Services -- is an innovative leader in serving Small Business clients through banking, payments and lending products and services. We take a client first approach in developing solutions that help our more than 5 million small business customers across the US and Canada to start, run and grow their businesses. Globally, JPMorgan Chase holds the #1 position in payments market share -- both in number of transactions and volume -- processing over $2 trillion in annual global merchant transactions. Job responsibilities
- Grow awareness, consideration and acquisition by:
- Working closely with our agency to identify SEO/GEO opportunities and with various internal and external stakeholders to develop and refresh on-page and long-form content that not only drives traffic, but also elevates the Chase brand
- Collaborating as a subject matter expert and partner on digital campaign initiatives, helping to optimize conversion and cost of acquisition (CAC) across the journey and ensuring appropriate setup across the martech stack
- Own and optimize the web funnel through growth marketing tactics by:
- Tracking and analyzing channel performance with partnership from Marketing Analytics
- Staying abreast of internal stakeholder feedback, industry trends and market dynamics that may impact performance or create opportunities
- Developing strategies and experiments to optimize UX and web performance, then working with various stakeholders to execute on these strategies and measure performance
- Manage web projects end to end including:
- Product, brand and messaging updates and enhancements (working closely with Product Marketing and other subject matter experts)
- Growth hacking and website performance optimization
- Marketing tech stack management (working closely with various stakeholders, such as CRM and web dev teams)
- Stakeholder outreach and communication
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and brand requirements such as Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and Canada anti-spam legislation (CASL)
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 7+ years of experience owning B2B website strategy
- Solid understanding of SEO/GEO and experience with long-form content development and scaling content strategies across website, owned and earned, social, and affiliate channels to drive traffic and domain authority
- Highly strategic and analytical with proven ability to turn complex data into understandable insights and strategies
- Strong grasp of web UX best practices, customer journey building, browser standards and responsive web design
- Experience managing website related martech integrations and working with B2B marketing technologies such as CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), CRMs (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce), web analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., Adobe Analytics, tagging, scripting), and project workflows (e.g., Workfront, Jira)
- Incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with managing multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly and succinctly articulate complex information to a broad audience and a track record of influencing across stakeholder groups
- Ability to develop strong cross-functional partnerships through collaboration, including with downstream resources, peers and executives
- Knowledgeable in regional compliance, including CASL, WCAG, and Quebec language laws
