Job Description:
Ayming’s Toronto office is looking for a dedicated HR coordinator to help us achieve our growth strategy. You will be supporting and reporting to our national HR director.
Your position will consist of:
Payroll administration
•Administering company payroll on a bi-weekly basis
•supporting payroll administration by verifying expenses and bonuses, tracking attendance and vacations, and coordinating with managers for accurate processing
Recruitment & Training
•Leading with the Sourcing, identification, selection, and interviewing of candidates Responsible for the administrative part of the new hire process
•Handling the pre-boarding and onboarding of employees.
•Assisting with organizing training and development sessions for employees, helping track attendance, feedback, and compliance with ongoing learning initiatives
General administration :
•Administrating all steps of employee life
•Managing the Work Visa application & Renewal process for all employees under Work Visas.
•Responding to employee inquiries related to benefits, company policies, and HR procedures, while fostering a positive, open line of communication
Benefits administration:
•Being the go-to person for employees with benefits-related questions and problems
•Acting as the liaison between employees and insurance providers
•Administering employee Health insurance & Group RRSP
Project Management
•Planning and organizing of Team building event and other related company events.
•Animating our HR Policies.
•Building and delivering our Ayming Academy training platform and training paths in collaboration with our executive team.
•Working closely with various departments on developing employment engagement initiatives
•Helping the HR manager perform any other HR tasks or projects on a weekly basis
Qualifications:You have :
•Minimum 3 years of HR experience, in similar role
•Extensive experience in Payroll processing (Ceridian: Dayforce & Powerpay)
•Experience in Benefits Administration is an must
•A functioning knowledge of Provincial and Federal Labor laws
•An Ability to bring together people and foster an inclusive and engaging culture
•An Ability to work in a high paced environment with evolving projects and tight deadlines.
•Outstanding communication skills in both French & English (written and verbal)
•Excellent organization skills & aptitude to prioritize tasks
You are:
·Autonomous and able to work with minimal supervision
·Open to others & open minded
·Proactive & a collaborative team player
·Perfectly bilingual in French and English
·Canadian citizen or Permanent resident
