We are currently seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer - Remote Canada Role  

 

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team, supporting multiple complex Salesforce orgs across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce core development, advanced integration patterns, and the ability to lead troubleshooting and architecture conversations with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will act as a technical SME, guiding junior developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of platform enhancements and production support across various business units

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud platforms.
  • Build and troubleshoot Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Flow automations.
  • Support advanced contact center integrations (e.g., Five9, Omnichannel routing).
  • Lead data integrations using MuleSoft, Salesforce Data Cloud, and external APIs.
  • Work with Data Cloud capabilities such as Data Streams, Identity Resolution, Reconciliation Rules, and Calculated Insights to power 360° views and real-time decisioning.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to support Salesforce best practices, scalable design, and governance.
  • Interface directly with stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct peer reviews to uphold code quality and standards.
  • Liaise with Salesforce Support and participate in escalated troubleshooting and architecture review calls as needed.
  • Stay up to date on platform deprecations (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules) and lead the migration to Flows and modern automation tools.
  • Build or support dashboards and data visualizations (e.g., Tableau) as needed for business reporting needs.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • 6+ years experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
  • 6+ years experience in Service Cloud (including Omnichannel and call center integrations).
  • 6+ years experience with Sales Cloud (Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, etc.).
  • 6+ years experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) including ingestion pipelines and calculated insights.
  • 6+ years experience with platforms such as MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party systems.

 

Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (highly preferred)
  • Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer (preferred)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of DevOps pipelines (e.g., Git, CI/CD tools).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills across multiple Salesforce orgs.
  • Strong communication skills – able to engage with business users, Salesforce support, and senior technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in large-scale, multi-org Salesforce environments
  • Familiarity with Tableau or other reporting tools
