The Senior Manager, Employee Programs is a dynamic leadership role responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide programs that drive recognition and employee engagement across the organization. Reporting to VP, HR & Total Rewards, this role leads a high-performing team and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver impactful programs - including rewards and recognition strategies, employee discount offerings, and signature engagement initiatives - all aligned with Rogers’ culture and business priorities.
What you'll do:
Rewards & Recognition Strategy
- Drive the strategic direction and continuous improvement of Rogers’ enterprise-wide recognition strategy, ensuring alignment with company values and priorities
- Lead and develop a team focused on recognition and employee experience initiatives
- Partner with Total Rewards and IT to enhance recognition platforms, workflows, and governance
- Ensure branding consistency and policy alignment across all recognition initiatives
- Network with external vendors and industry associations to bring innovative practices to Rogers
- Monitor program impact and recommend enhancements based on data and stakeholder feedback
- Partner with Corporate Communications and stakeholders to deliver appreciation events and initiatives that reinforce engagement and recognition goals
- Ensure programs are inclusive and accessible, reflecting Rogers’ commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
Employee Discount Program Oversight
- Oversee the design, communication, and optimization of employee discount offerings
- Ensure alignment with engagement goals and financial modeling
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to maintain relevance and accessibility of discounts
What you'll have:
- 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, recognition, or HR program leadership
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building across all levels
- Experience with IT systems, program governance, and vendor management
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering meaningful employee experiences
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- Bilingualism (French) and experience with financial systems are considered asset
