This role is pivotal in optimizing contract administration processes and integrating SAP S/4HANA and Ariba systems to streamline post-award contract lifecycle management. You’ll act as the subject matter expert, driving digital transformation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to support TTC’s strategic objectives.

What You Will Do

You will lead SAP S/4HANA and Ariba configuration for sourcing, contracts, and supplier management

 

You will document business workflows, validating requirements, and designing and configuring SAP Ariba modules for sourced contracts full lifecycle management, including contract changes, claims, payments, vendor management, contract close out and correspondence.

 

You will develop standard operating procedures, conducting feasibility studies, defining system requirements, and ensuring compliance with TTC policies and global contract management requirements with a perspective to reach best practice contract administration processes.

 

The incumbent will document and optimize contract administration workflows; identify gaps and implement best practices.

 

You will validate business requirements and configure SAP ERP systems (S/4HANA and Ariba) for sourcing as it relates to post award contract administration integration, contract lifecycle management, and supplier management.

 

The incumbent will develop SOPs, governance frameworks, and reporting dashboards using SAP analytics and BI tools.

 

You will provide training, mentorship, and post-implementation support for staff and leadership.

 

The incumbent will negotiate contract amendments, claims, and settlements; ensure compliance with TTC policies and legal requirements.

 

You will champion change management and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and ROI.

 

Act as primary liaison and subject matter expert between technical teams and business units for system enhancements and conducting root cause analysis.

What Qualifications Do You Bring

  • Strong experience in contract administration with hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and SAP S/4 HANA
  • Strong experience in contract administration within complex construction / infrastructure environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of legal and commercial issues and practices related to tender and contract law
  • Excellent negotiation and oral/written/presentation skills to manage contract administration and commercial management issues

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) with an understanding of database management systems.
