What you will be doing:
- The Marketing Enablement Manager is responsible for executing digital marketing communications across our Online Banking and Mobile Banking channels. The Marketing Enablement team is integrated with our Agile Marketing teams to enable personalized and highly contextual product acquisition and engagement journeys with a focus on driving revenue.
- The Marketing Enablement Manager will be partnering with Acquisition, Primacy, and Deposits Product Owners, as well as Marketing Planners, to execute across the full owned digital marketing funnel.
- The successful candidate will possess data driven decision making skills, a sound knowledge of data structures and campaign management tools for multi-channel inbound and outbound communications, with strong understanding of channel and digital marketing best practices and regulatory and compliance understanding such as CASL.
Is this role right for you?
- Partner cross-functionally within Marketing, Client experience, customer insights, product management, contact centers, etc. to effectively develop and execute growth and retention focused communications.
- The role is responsible for the scoping, development and execution of marketing communications based on triggered events or client segmentation.
- A key component for the role is to unify inbound/outbound communications to both the existing client base and prospects through relevant communication channels.
- In addition, this role will have the responsibility of scheduling and monitoring client journeys and optimizing channel performance aligned to Tangerine’s business objectives.
- Manage the channel communications to the client base ensuring we deliver an upmost client experience.
- Develop robust A/B and MVT testing programs to optimize engagement and revenue employing a rigorous test, measure and iterate approach to drive continuous improvement.
- Establish trusted collaborative working relationships with other members of the Tangerine Marketing and product teams.
- Ensure Tangerine remains in compliance, and is aware of all banking/regulatory requirements, amendments and responsibilities.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
- University or College Degree in Marketing and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of strategic digital marketing experience leading in an agile/quick to market environment is an asset
- Hands on experience on marketing automation platforms (Unica, Adobe, Salesforce, Braze) is a must.
- Knowledge of proprietary databases and warehouse structures
- Extremely detail-oriented and results-driven with a proven track record of learning independently
