Salesforce Developer, Global Banking & Markets Engineering – Corporate & Investment Banking – Toronto, ON
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on system integration, complex workflow automation, and data architecture, supporting cross-functional business needs and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Process Builder
- Design and implement complex workflows and automation to streamline business processes
- Build and manage integration pipelines between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated platforms
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Maintain documentation and contribute to platform governance and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (required)
- 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, integration frameworks, and data modeling
- Experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages
- Familiarity with tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or other integration platforms is a plus
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II) are an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
