The opportunity

We are looking for a bilingual (French/English) SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Manager or Senior Consultant to join our HR Technology practice. This role is designed for someone who can lead complex HRIS implementations, influence key stakeholders, and deliver high-impact solutions. You will guide clients through the full lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, from strategy to post-go-live optimization.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, people, and business. You’ll be helping clients modernize their HR operations with confidence, deep domain expertise, and a collaborative mindset.

Your key responsibilities

Client Leadership & Strategy

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, helping shape transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate bilingual client workshops to translate strategic objectives into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
  • Guide clients through decisions around process optimization, data governance, and HR architecture.

Implementation and Integration

  • Lead the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across sectors and geographies.
  • Oversee configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other HR systems and third-party applications.

Solution Ownership & Innovation

  • Maintain ownership of solution integrity across configuration, integration, data strategy, and reporting.
  • Introduce leading practices and innovations from the SAP ecosystem.
  • Champion continuous improvement in system design, user experience, and analytics.

Program Delivery & Coordination

  • Drive coordination across cross-functional teams to align delivery with organizational goals.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.

People Leadership

  • Lead and mentor delivery teams across onshore/offshore models.
  • Foster growth and accountability through coaching and knowledge-sharing.

Change Enablement & Adoption

  • Collaborate with change management teams to ensure successful adoption.
  • Lead co-creation sessions to design user-centric solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Proficiency in data migration, system configuration, and integration.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English (spoken and written).

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR technology consulting, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong executive presence and facilitation skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
  • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (Compensation, Talent, Learning, Recruiting).
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM or WorkForce Software.

What we look for

  • You lead with curiosity, structure, and confidence—even when the path isn’t clear.
  • Clients ask for you by name.
  • Your teams grow stronger under your leadership.
  • You elevate delivery by connecting business strategy with tech decisions—and telling that story well.
