ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Assistant Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will play a key role on the SEPHORA Canada Marketing team as we champion a world of beauty where everyone belongs. Driving critical campaigns that demonstrate our category leadership and drive excitement and traffic for Sephora. Through strong partnership and collaboration, you will represent Sephora Canada’s needs through NA category work and support local opportunities that bring to life new and impactful ways to bring clients into the brand. Reporting to the Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will be responsible for the execution of mid-funnel multi-branded and gifting campaigns that bring our differentiators to life.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Drive Category Differentiation for Sephora

  • Be the voice of Sephora Canada through leveraged category campaigns, ensuring relevancy and accuracy for the full Canadian market
  • Liaise with North America counterparts, representing Canadian Brand Marketing and Merchandising through the planning and execution of leveraged campaigns
  • Drive strategic amplification opportunities across leverage and localized campaigns that support our brand strengths and perceptions
  • Support the Manager and Sr. Manager through the strategy and execution of local category campaigns

 

Drive Sephora at the Gifting Destination

  • Support the non-holiday gifting through, with the execution and project management of local and leveraged campaigns that elevate Sephora as the gifting destination all year round
  • Champion new ideas with cross-functional partners to elevate Sephora’s always-on gifting leadership
  • Support the team with the execution of holiday promotions in top-of-funnel channels
  • Responsible for the reporting and hind-sighting across non-holiday gifting campaigns to drive learnings and optimization for future years

 

Collaboration and Build Partnerships

  • Cultivate strong partnerships across borders with US world pods and cross-functional SMEs to ensure Canada is represented in North America work
  • Drive collaboration across Marketing, Merchandising and other Sephora Canada FSC teams to enable integrated and impactful campaign execution
  • Manage day-to-day budget tracking and month-end process for Omni/Category team budgets
  • Responsible for management of calendars, trackers, and inputs documents, ensuring accuracy and recency across activities and forecasts

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Passion for brand building, campaigns and all things beauty!
  • 2-5 years of demonstrated campaign execution and project management experience
  • A passion for collaboration and creativity to bring new ideas to the team, as well as build on existing ones
  • Highly collaborative and agile, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive excellence through teamwork and partnership
  • Knowledgeable in budget management and financial acumen
  • Experience working in an integrated marketing process, with an ability to lead cross-functional campaigns and paid media  
  • Keen awareness of retail and cultural trends, coupled with a strong commitment to breakthrough and innovative marketing strategies, particularly within the in-store environment
  • Can navigate comfortably through complex organizational dynamics and ever evolving processes confidently, while building partnerships to meet shared objectives
  • Your team player attitude and eagerness to excel in a fast-paced and rapidly expanding environment where growth and innovation are at the forefront
