The Sarnia manufacturing facility is the headquarters for ARLANXEO Canada Inc. with a Global Research & Development Centre for Butyl Rubber found in London, Ontario. Focused on the production of synthetic rubber, the Sarnia facility is a major supplier to both domestic and international markets and employs over 300 employees.
This role focuses on managing the end-to-end customer order fulfillment process, including:
Receiving and processing global customer orders
Coordinating transportation and logistics
Preparing shipping and customs documentation
Supporting both domestic and international shipments
Coordination of rail shipments, shunting and documentation
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: SAP order handling, documentation creation (CoA, BOL, customs), coordination with warehouses.
Transportation & Logistics: Carrier selection, booking, TM system management, returns coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Post-secondary in Logistics, Business Administration, or Materials Management. CITT or P.Log designation is an asset.
Experience: 3–5 years preferred in:
Export order fulfillment
Freight forwarding and customs
Experience in rail logistics—including shipment coordination, shunting aligned with warehouse/carrier needs, and SAP-integrated rail invoicing—will be considered an asset.
Systems Knowledge:
SAP SD/WM (strongly preferred)
MS Office, Lotus Notes
