About the role

This is a hybrid role with CPFR and Logistics responsibilities. The Collaborative, Planning, Forecast, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst is focused on the management of customer inventory replenishment and demand forecasts at the unique item level throughout its life cycle using internal Essential Home Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and customer-specific tools. This customer-facing role drives Supply Chain activities, supports customer in-stock and inventory targets, maintains fill rates, and executes overall Reckitt Supply Strategies. In this role, your work will benefit our customers by minimizing their excess inventory and maximizing our consumer sales. You will support joint success by acting as a liaison and key stakeholder to ensure accurate baseline and promotional customer forecasts and will be pivotal in bringing our customer and brand vision to life. This role requires strong E2E Supply Chain knowledge, cross-functional collaboration and partnership, and concise communication between internal and external stakeholders. 

Your responsibilities

CPFR responsibilities

  • Analyze customer’s supply plan and optimize customer's replenishment process to meet in-stock, inventory and shared objectives 

  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, providing insights and analysis for forecast drivers to the Sales team, customer, and the demand planning

Logistics responsibilities

  • Coordinate with warehouse, 3PL and customer service team 

  • Track operational spends and costs with monthly reconciliation of invoices

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a business-related field is preferred 

  • Prior CPFR experience (at least 1 year)
  • Proficient in business communications
  • Strong analytical skills (excel based)
  • Strong Analytical and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) skills 

Preffered Qualifications

  • CPFR experience
  • 2+ years of CPG experience
  • SAP experience
