- Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats to promote and sell products/services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while driving sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product presentations and closing strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, strategies, and conversion rates.
Hard Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of hitting targets.
- Neutral English accent with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Money-driven and motivated by commissions and bonuses.
- Confident, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow earnings through performance.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Should be open to work during weekends
- Anytime from 7AM -7PM US Eastern Standard Time
