DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• AI Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and secure AI solutions using various technologies like CoPilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to other IT teams, ensuring that best practices and architectural standards are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prototyping and Proof of Concepts: Create prototypes and proof of concepts to validate architectural decisions and demonstrate the feasibility of proposed AI solutions
• Integration: Design and oversee the integration of various AI systems and services, both on-premises and in the cloud, using REST APIs and other integration methods
• Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and best practices guides.
• Stay current on the latest AI technologies and make recommendations for new solutions
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security and data protection.
• Design and support migration of internal applications and data to the cloud.
• Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities
• Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
• Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System
• Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
• Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel
• Complete other tasks as requested

Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
Other Skills and Abilities
• Strong expertise in CoPilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, D365 and Power Platform.
• Programming Skills: Proficient in programming languages relevant to AI, including Python, Node.js, C#, and other languages
• Excellent understanding of application design patterns.
• Generative AI: Knowledge of generative AI models (e.g., gpt, llama) and their applications in creating innovative solutions
• Machine Learning and Deep Learning: Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deep learning techniques
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Proficiency in NLP techniques and tools for text analysis and processing
• AI Data Governance: Knowledge of AI data governance principles, including data privacy, security, and compliance
• Vision AI: Experience with computer vision technologies and frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, YOLO, TensorFlow) for image and video analysis
• Nice to know: Ability to fine tune and manage those models.
• Experience with designing for Azure PaaS – App services, logical apps etc.
• Experience with solutions evaluation frameworks & strategies
• Knowledge of security and data protection best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to document and review enterprise architecture artifacts. Including diagramming using tools like Visio, Miro etc.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, SAFe, Zachman
• Interested in latest technology & trends.
• Previous Healthcare experience will be an asset
