Your Role
You will lead the design, development, and deployment of IBM Sterling and ACE-based integration solutions.
You’ll collaborate with architects, business teams, and technical leads to define integration strategies and roadmaps.
You’ll manage project plans, timelines, and prioritization to ensure successful delivery of integration initiatives.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for senior management and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
You’ll mentor and guide a team of Sterling and ACE developers, fostering technical excellence and career development.
You’ll ensure compliance with governance standards and maintain high-quality documentation across all projects.
You’ll work cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and mapping teams to deliver seamless integration outcomes.
Your Skills and Experience
8+ years of overall experience in enterprise integration and software development.
4+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and File Gateway.
Strong expertise in IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise), IIB, or equivalent integration platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in the Wholesale Grocery Distribution industry is a plus but not required.
