About the role

As a Senior Business & Data Analyst – Capital Management Technology, you’ll be a hands‑on subject matter expert within our Treasury Technology team.

In this role, you will:

- Translate capital rules into technology requirements.

- Deliver agile artifacts using Jira and Confluence.

- Build and maintain data lineage and control documentation.

- Lead system testing and data validation.

- Perform data profiling and analysis.

- Work hands-on with data platforms and integration processes.

- Create data and process flows.

- Use SQL across large datasets.

- Apply foundational capital management knowledge.

What you must have:

- 3+ years experience translating business rules into requirements.

- 3+ years in capital management tech or treasury systems

- Advanced SQL and large dataset analysis, 3+ years in data integration and testing.

- Proficiency in process flows and governance artifacts.

- Understanding of financial products and capital management.

- Bachelor’s degree (advanced preferred).

- Strong communication skills.

- Experience with credit or capital calculation engines.

- Familiarity with Axiom.

Working arrangements

Hybrid, 3 days/week at Client office in downtown Toronto.

Compensation

CAD 87000-102000 annually + performance bonus.

Work authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
