If you’re passionate about solar, driven to succeed, and ready to take ownership of your career, this is your chance to jump into a fast-paced, high-growth company that values initiative, teamwork, and excellence.

We deliver top-tier commercial solar, EV charger installations, and small utility projects—and we’re looking for a self-motivated, eager-to-learn Project Coordinator who thrives on challenge and loves to provide outstanding customer service. This role demands energy, focus, and a can-do attitude to help drive projects from start to finish, supporting a dynamic operations team.

Enjoy a competitive compensation package including 401k, health insurance, PTO, 4-day workweeks, and more than 10 paid holidays—because your hard work deserves to be rewarded!

What You’ll Do:

You’ll own small project management responsibilities, working closely under the Senior Project Manager to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Your role will be hands-on and diverse, touching every aspect of the project lifecycle with a special focus on permitting and managing relationships with AHJs.

  • Manage small projects from contract execution through to final completion with accuracy and      professionalism
  • Create and maintain Gantt schedules to keep commercial projects on track
  • Track and report job progress using cutting-edge project management software
  • Take charge of scheduling subcontractors and field technicians with precision
  • Draft and administer subcontractor agreements efficiently
  • Lead the permitting process, ensuring all permits are pulled on time and comply with AHJ requirements
  • Act as the primary liaison with AHJs—building strong relationships and ensuring full regulatory compliance
  • Attend onsite meetings, take detailed notes, and document all project-related discussions
  • Schedule inspections and coordinate timelines to avoid delays
  • Set up and manage online accounts, registrations, and calendars critical to project success
  • Conduct quality reviews to guarantee projects meet our high standards
  • Provide top-tier, professional customer service to clients, vendors, and contractors at all times
  • Maintain constant communication throughout the day via email and other channels
  • Create purchase orders and diligently track project costs
  • Support field technicians during installations whenever needed
  • Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative spirit—always ready to step up and help your teammates

Who You Are:

  • A driven self-starter with an unquenchable eagerness to learn and grow in the renewable energy field
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to own your responsibilities from day one
  • A clear, confident communicator who builds trust and cooperation across teams and external partners
  • Customer-service focused, always maintaining professionalism and positive engagement
  • A dependable team player who embraces challenges and actively supports others
