Position Overview:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to design, manage, and scale internal reporting across finance, product, and go-to-market functions.This role will transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling smarter decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in SQL and visualization, paired with the communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on Archera’s strategic growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance PowerBI dashboards and internal reports to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with business needs.
- Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to gather requirements and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Translate complex datasets into intuitive visualizations and executive-ready reporting.
- Track and report on key business metrics, helping leadership forecast trends and validate financial and operational models.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and troubleshoot data issues to support strategic projects and decision-making.
- Automate recurring reporting and analysis workflows using SQL, Python, or R to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage and optimize data pipelines across Snowflake, Redshift, and Postgres environments.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, or equivalent advanced degree.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with a visualization platform such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift etc).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup, top consulting firm, or Fortune 500 rotational program.
- Familiarity with financial metrics, reporting practices, and business terminology.
- Experience building dashboards for executive-level and board-level reporting.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting, or machine learning techniques.
