Description

Are you a compassionate and skilled RN looking for a dynamic role in hospice care with a 4-day workweek? Join Kline Galland Hospice, where your expertise and heart make a meaningful difference every day. We are currently hiring for a Hospice RN Triage Float, a versatile and rewarding position that offers a generous $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (4 Days a Week)
Territory: King County 

The Hospice RN Triage Float is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for:

  • Case management and triage
  • PRN visit support and urgent admissions
  • Quality and compliance activities
  • After-hours care and phone triage backup
  • Chart audits and improvement tracking
  • Flu clinics and COVID tracking

This role works closely with the Hospice Management team and provides backup to the evening After-Hours Nurse Monday–Thursday nights, which may include phone triage or urgent patient visits.

Qualifications


  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (community/home health/hospice preferred)
  • Current RN license in Washington State
  • CPR certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and clinical skills
  • Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle
