Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Support:
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Support project managers in the coordination of resources and information.
- Help track project progress and ensure all documentation is properly maintained.
2. Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for project teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute regular project updates and reports.
- Assist in organizing meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
3. Documentation and Analysis:
- Help in maintaining and updating project documentation and files.
- Support the analysis of project data and the preparation of performance metrics and reports.
- Assist in identifying potential project risks and issues and help in developing mitigation strategies.
4. Learning and Development:
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to gain a deeper understanding of project
management principles.
- Shadow experienced project managers to learn best practices and methodologies.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Assist in ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Support the development of project deliverables and presentations.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management team.
- Share insights and feedback for improving project management practices.
Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, etc.).
