What You’ll Do

As our next Link Builder Extraordinaire, you’ll:

Develop and launch link building campaigns that push clients up the rankings and keep them there

Partner with strategists and account managers to design custom link strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals

Build authentic relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry leaders to secure high-quality backlinks

Lead and mentor a growing team of link builders, ensuring stellar execution of research, outreach, and reporting

Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz to scout backlink opportunities, analyze profiles, and measure progress

Experiment with fresh tactics (digital PR, broken link building, guest posting, you name it) to stay ahead of the SEO curve

Keep backlink profiles squeaky clean by auditing and managing existing links

Share wins, insights, and updates with clients and internal teams to showcase the impact of your work

What We’re Looking For

We’re not after robots—we want someone who:

Has 1+ year of SEO or link building experience (agency background = bonus points)

Knows their way around link analysis tools (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush) and outreach CRMs (HubSpot or similar)

Is fluent in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for campaign tracking and data analysis

Can juggle multiple projects like a pro—organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable

Has strong communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections during outreach

Is a curious self-starter who loves to test, refine, and innovate in the SEO space

Thrives in a collaborative environment, always eager to share knowledge and contribute to team culture

A Few Important Details

*We are seeking candidates based in Idaho with a preference for those located in or near Boise to facilitate collaboration and engagement with our local team. All Idaho candidates may be considered. While we are a remote employer we employ in certain US states due to regulatory and operational considerations. Post hire relocation to another state is subject to prior company approval, at the companies sole discretion
