II.  JOB OBJECTIVES
1. Zero Accident in Warehouse
2. Make the work condition in Warehouse Environment Friendly with minimize of Emission   
3. Maintain 100% quality of products during storage ,preservation & transportation
4. Cost saving by using best ideas (KAIZENS) in warehouse & shipping process 
5. Right quantity on right destination in right condition (100% delivery)
6. 100% delivery angst Dispatch plan
7. Maintain target inventory in Warehouse
8. 100% inventory accuracy Book Vs Physical
9. Cost deduction in Transportation with 100% utilization of vehicle space.
10. 100% follow of FIFO system in Warehouse
11. Training & development of Team members
III.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Technical / Functions Data updation on SEEDS , GC , ERP softwares
Implements objectives, strategies, plans and programs in the areas of Plant Warehouse & shipping
Handles document review and revision of Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Documents (QMS & EMS), Control plans
 Lay outing of warehouse with maximum space utilization
Responsible for training and skill development of subordinates.
B.  Supervisory People management Skills
Adaptability to Japanese Management Style Advanced Analytical & reporting Skill
Zero discrepancy during stock audits & External audits.
C. Other tasks  
IV.  JOB SPECIFICATION
A. Minimum Educational Requirement:  B.Tech and MBA
B. Minimum Required Knowledge and Skills:   1) Skill of Inventory control & analysis
2) Logistics Management Skills
3) Exposure of Warehousing Systems, shipping process.
4) Knowledge on training methodology, Organizational Development.
5) Skill to Develop & Maintain FIFO systems
6) Knowledge of ISO system
7) Knowledge of team leading skills
C. Minimum Required Years of Relevant Experience:   12 years
D. Required License:   NA
E. Other Requirements: Works under the direction of plant Head and is responsible for ensuring that safety,environmental,quality, delivery & cost.
