The Team Scotiabank’s Cards Engineering team is responsible for building and supporting best-in-class end to end Cards solutions for Scotiabank’s financial products & services. The engineering team provides Backend and API solutions and capabilities that enable great customer experiences fulfilling their banking needs.
The Director of Cards Engineering leads the strategic delivery and operational support of the Bank’s card technology platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives, regulatory mandates, and enterprise architecture standards. This role is accountable for defining roadmap and championing engineering best practices that drive innovation, resilience, and scalability across the card’s ecosystem. The Director will empower a cross-functional technology team to deliver cutting-edge digital products and seamless customer experiences through agile methodologies, while cultivating a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
