Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Repair and replace defective parts, components, and equipment as needed.
- Conduct inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with other team members, including operators and supervisors, to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
- 3 + years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Any industry is acceptable; preferably within manufacturing environment.
- A technical mechanical aptitude; electrical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic skills would be a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
