Responsibilities

 

  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Repair and replace defective parts, components, and equipment as needed.
  • Conduct inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory of spare parts.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including operators and supervisors, to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
  • 3 + years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Any industry is acceptable; preferably within manufacturing environment.
  • A technical mechanical aptitude; electrical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic skills would be a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
