High school diploma or GED, age 18+, valid driver's license, ability to lift frequently up to 75 lbs and >140 lbs infrequently, forklift experience (ability to obtain certification), safety/environmental training, basic math and computer skills, standing/walking 8-10 hours.

IND Battery Assembler- 3rd Shift 

Battery Assembler

Assembling battery cells, using hand torch and hand tools, following safety and quality procedures, basic math and computer skills, ability to lift heavy loads and stand long periods; 1 year manufacturing experience preferred; must be 18+.

IND Pasting Operator- 2nd Shift

Pasting Operator

Performs equipment setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and quality checks on pasting equipment; 18+ years old; basic math/computer skills; mechanically inclined; able to lift frequently up to 75 lbs and occasionally over 140 lbs.

SLI Forklift Operator- 3rd Shift

Forklift Operator

Must be 18+, prior forklift experience, forklift license, safety and environmental training, basic math and computer skills; physical ability to lift heavy loads and stand 8–10 hours.

Material Coordinator - 1st Shift 

Material Coordinator

Requires 1 year manufacturing experience; perform forklift operation, material receipt, cycle counts, inventory and shipping tasks; train material handlers; must be able to lift up to 75+ lbs and attend required off-site training.

Electrical Maintenance Technicians -3rd Shift 

Electrical Maintenance Technician

Performs electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment including robotic PLC systems, servo drives, control panels and meters; 2-4 years industrial experience; associates or technical certification preferred.

Class B Truck Driver

Truck Driver

CDL Class B required, 1+ years straight-truck driving experience, air brake and HAZMAT endorsement (or ability to acquire in 6 months), valid medical exam card with drug screen, forklift/pallet jack experience, able to lift up to 130 lbs, pass DOT physical/background check.

Branch Office Coordinator

High school diploma/GED, 1+ year office experience, knowledge of logistics (LTL/truckload/Bill of Lading), ERP experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, organization, multitasking, and communication skills.

CDL-A with HazMat, medical card, clean driving record (2 or fewer violations in 36 months), knowledge of FMCSA regs; 1+ year semi-truck driving; safety training.

HSE Facility Specialist

Experience in HSE, LOTO inspections, OSHA/EPA inspections, exposure monitoring, sampling, safety audits and training.
