About Us

HiringCafe is building a 100x better job search engine: fast, comprehensive, honest, and useful for real people making real career decisions.

What we believe

The job market is too important to feel like a spam inbox.

A job search is high-stakes. People are deciding where they spend their time, how they support families, and what they do next. The product has to be built with that seriousness.

Substack

Real jobs first

We collect jobs directly from company websites in real time and filter out external recruiting agencies and fake consulting firms.

Search that respects context

A title match is not enough. The product is built around location rules, compensation, skills, seniority, company signals, and job description details.

No pay-to-win job discovery

The job seeker experience should be useful before it is monetized. Relevance, freshness, and quality should matter more than who paid for attention.

Our story

Built from frustration, rebuilt by job seeker feedback.

The first HiringCafe experiment started with a simple observation: job boards had enough postings, but not enough trust. Search results were noisy, reposts were everywhere, and useful filters were missing.

The early launch hit Reddit and Blind, moved faster than the system could handle, and turned into a bigger mission: build the job search engine we wanted to use ourselves.

Job seeker trust

Shared when it made the search less painful.

HiringCafe spread because job seekers shared it with other job seekers. That feedback loop still shapes the filters, ranking, saved workflows, and data quality work.

Feedback and support

FAQ

Questions people ask before trusting a new job search engine.

What is HiringCafe?

HiringCafe is a job search engine built to make job discovery faster, cleaner, and more trustworthy. We index jobs, organize them with richer filters, and help people find roles without the noise that makes many job boards hard to use.

Is HiringCafe free for job seekers?

Yes. Job seekers can search jobs, use filters, save searches, build boards, and explore opportunities without paying to access the core search experience.

Where do the jobs come from?

HiringCafe finds jobs directly from company websites instead of relying only on reposted listings from traditional job boards. That helps job seekers get closer to the original source and avoid some of the noise that builds up across the hiring web.

How does HiringCafe reduce job-board noise?

We keep improving systems that detect stale postings, duplicate roles, weak matches, and low-quality listings. The product also gives job seekers controls to hide companies, filter precisely, and save high-signal searches.

Can HiringCafe help me track jobs?

Yes. You can save jobs, save searches, organize roles into boards, hide companies you do not want to see, and return to a cleaner workflow later.

How can I report a bad listing or send feedback?

The fastest route is the HiringCafe subreddit or email. The team reads job seeker feedback closely and often ships improvements directly from reports.
