High school diploma or GED; 1+ years in construction trades, sales, or customer service; strong communication; ability to lift up to 100 lbs; valid driver’s license or CDL; able to work from floor or confined spaces; occasional emergency hours.

Construction Laborer

At least 1 year in construction; able to work in crawlspaces; lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license/CDL; high school diploma preferred.

Foreman

Leadership experience as foreman or project lead; installation of helical/push piers or pin piles; proficient with tools and mobile tech; able to read engineering plans; valid driver’s license; English fluency; HS diploma/GED preferred with 2+ years construction experience.
