LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Double Weekends

Current unrestricted LPN license in state, prior skilled nursing experience, medication administration, care plan implementation, supervisory duties, infection control knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 11pm to 7am PRN

Certified Nursing Assistant

State CNA certification required, familiarity with CNA duties, strong observation and communication skills, ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting, and perform resident care and documentation during night shifts.

Housekeeper

Previous housekeeping experience preferred; ability to use floor-care equipment; strong communication skills and dependable attendance required.

Cook

Experience as a cook (1 year preferred); food handlers’ card or Food Safety Certification; sanitation knowledge; strong communication; reliable attendance.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 3pm to 11pm

CNA certification and duties of a nursing assistant; strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 7am to 3pm

CNA certification, ability to provide resident care, strong observation and communication skills.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) PRN

Licensed Practical Nurse with 1 year experience; current, unrestricted LPN license in state of practice; skilled nursing experience; strong clinical operations and regulatory knowledge; excellent communication.
