Equipment Operator 

3+ years operating heavy construction equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers, rollers, graders, skid steers). Requires knowledge of equipment operation, safety standards, pre-op checks, maintenance, and trench/excavation safety (OSHA competent person).

Risk Management Coordinator

Supports subcontractor prequalification, bond processing and tracking, reviews insurance certificates, coordinates with project teams/brokers/sureties, and uses Microsoft Office and document management systems; bachelor’s degree and construction/insurance experience preferred.

Project Manager

Oversees construction projects, manages schedule and budget, coordinates stakeholders, ensures safety, and maintains client relations; requires OSHA 30.

Project Engineer I

Minimum 2-year construction or engineering degree OR 1-3 years of field experience; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to manage multiple priorities; strong organizational and communication skills.

Minimum 2-year construction or engineering degree or 1-3 years field experience; proficient in MS Office; able to manage multiple priorities; strong communication.

Project Coordinator

4+ years of administrative experience in construction; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word); familiarity with Bluebeam/Adobe; Procore experience a plus; able to learn accounting software; associate degree or higher preferred

Masonry Superintendent

Lead masonry construction, manage safety, schedule, budget; oversee masonry teams; ensure quality and compliance; provide daily reports.

Masonry Foreman

Minimum 2-year degree in construction or engineering OR 1-3 years field experience; OSHA 30; First Aid; Lull Operator License; Scaffold Competent Person; Boom Lift Operator; masonry experience; ability to read plans and supervise crew.

Estimator

Determine project scope, read plans, develop estimates, manage bids, and collaborate with preconstruction team.

Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, manage budgets, schedules, permits, and stakeholders; ensure safety and quality.

Sr. Project Manager

Oversee construction projects; ensure on-time, within-budget delivery; lead safety, quality and scheduling; coordinate with stakeholders.
