Counselor

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, and/or Criminal Justice; 2-3 years in community mental health; knowledge of counseling, CMS guidelines; ability to assess clinical needs.

High School diploma or GED; medical office knowledge; 1+ year medical field preferred; CPR preferred; 2+ years experience in a dental setting.

Patient Care Associate-NightShift

High school diploma or GED; CNA preferred; substance abuse experience preferred; CPR/BLS/First Aid required; ability to lift 25 lbs; basic computer skills; able to work independently and adapt to schedule changes.

Case Manager-CDCA

Case Manager

Counseling and case management for addiction treatment; valid CDCA certification; HS diploma; CPR/BLS; 1-2 years experience; associate degree preferred.

Recovery Center Intake Coordinator

High school diploma required; CPR certification; phlebotomy skills; experience in substance abuse/medical field preferred; LPN preferred; Medical Assistant certification preferred.

Clinical Nurse Manager

Lead nursing operations in an inpatient behavioral health center; supervise clinical teams; ensure standards of care, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

High School Diploma or GED; CDCA certification or higher; Associate's degree preferred; CPR/BLS; 1-2 years substance use experience.

Behavioral Health Technician

High School Diploma or GED; CPR/BLS; Ohio Peer Recovery Support Specialist within 1 year.

Registered Nurse-Night Shift

Registered Nurse

Licensed Ohio RN, BLS/CPR required, 1+ year medical field preferred, strong communication and documentation skills.

Peer Support Team Lead

2-3 years in personal recovery model; Ohio Peer Support Specialist Certification; CPR/BLS certification; High School Diploma or GED; leadership experience preferred.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Master’s in Nursing, post-master’s advanced practice, Psychiatric APN certification, 2 years experience.

Transportation Specialist

Valid driver’s license; insurance clearance; motor vehicle check; age 25+; random drug screening.

 Medical Assistant

High school diploma or GED; graduate from accredited medical assisting program; Certified Medical Assistant in Kentucky; minimum 1 year medical experience.

Patient Care Associate - Nights

High school diploma or GED; CPR/BLS/First Aid; CNA preferred but not required; substance abuse experience preferred but not required.

Licensed Counselor or License Eligible

Licensed Counselor

Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling; 1 year substance abuse experience preferred; substance abuse certification; licensure or eligibility in KY/OH/WV.

Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling; substance abuse certification; licensure or eligibility in KY/OH/WV; one year experience preferred.

Advance Practice Provider

Licensed APP (NP or PA) in WV; 5+ years of experience.
