The Director of Product, Payor Solutions will lead product strategy and execution for CopilotIQ’s platform serving payors and risk-bearing entities.
This role is responsible for driving the development of products that win with health plans by improving enrollment and engagement, delivering measurable clinical outcomes, and enabling scalable, cost-efficient care models powered by a blend of human and agentic AI.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, clinical, data, and commercial teams to translate complex reimbursement, regulatory, and operational requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused, with strong exposure to customers and the market.
What you’ll be doing:

<li>Own and drive key components of the product roadmap focused on payor and risk-bearing customers, ensuring alignment to business goals, customer needs, and clinical outcomes</li>

We are looking for full-time Nurse Practitioners with prior experience in family practice, internal medicine, and / or cardiology. You will manage a cohort of patients and leverage our technology and first in class medication management titration algorithms to help patients with diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic conditions live a healthier life.
We are seeking full-time coverage (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:30 pm), within the employee’s local time zone.&nbsp;
What you’ll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Virtually evaluate patients entering the program and assist in creating a care plan based on patient specific needs and predesignated protocols.</li>
<li>Prescribe and titrate medications based on evidence-based guidelines and company approved standards / regulations</li>
<li>Respond to alerts escalated from the nursing team related to patients’ deviations in vitals and physiologic data and symptoms.</li>

As the Controller, you will lead our accounting operations—overseeing the close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing internal controls, and lead audit readiness. You will deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to inform executive decision-making. Collaborating across operations, HR, legal, and other functions, you will align our financial infrastructure with strategic growth initiatives while mentoring the accounting team and optimizing finance systems and controls. The Telehealth Heart Failure Nurse (LVN/LPN) shall monitor and screen incoming alerts, calls and chat communications. The Telehealth Heart Failure Nurse schedules and participates in audio-visual calls with patients participating in the chronic care remote monitoring program. They shall report abnormal values or other patient concerns to the Provider Team, which they shall work closely with. The Telehealth Heart Failure Nurse acts as a liaison for patients to ensure that all needs are met during monitoring. They shall work with all members of the clinical care team to enhance health care outcomes and take the initiative to ensure clinical care and related support services are made available to patients. They shall think critically and creatively about what is needed to provide virtual in-home support while assisting with the low-level tech support and troubleshooting for patients.
We are seeking full-time coverage Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST.
