As a Center Manager, you will&nbsp;be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at OrangeTwist Center, one location. You will lead a team of employees, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales and profitability, and&nbsp;maintain a well-organized and efficient store environment. This role requires strong leadership, managerial skills, and a deep understanding of operations.

What You Will Do:

<li>Establishes, modifies, implements, and monitors systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow</li>
<li>Ensures Center operations are maintained through appropriate planning and implementation of operations processes including; ordering supplies, inventory, security system, overall cleanliness, equipment maintenance and compliance with OSHA regulations.</li>
<li>Schedule education trainings and workshops with vendors and clinical operations, as needed, to provide staff with continuing education.</li>
<li>Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host successful events.</li>
<li>Be aware of and comply with all federal, state and local labor and employment laws applicable to employees at the Center including licensure of Estheticians, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants and Registered Nurses</li>
