WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR

The Team Leader is responsible for directing other crew
members (in addition to their regular duties) to run the store efficiently by
being able to divide up duties and enforce them. Under this role, you will be
responsible for knowing how to prep all beverages, stocking merchandise for the
next business day, and operating all machines that the store uses. Our Team
Leader is the face of Paris Baguette; they provide friendly, fast,
accommodating service to our customers.

As the Assistant General Manager you will support the
General Manager and help administer training. As Assistant General Manager you
will support HR functions of the stores by helping with hiring, getting new
packets ready for new hires, etc. Along with helping with the general duties of
keeping Paris Baguette clean and running, can administer different tasks and
duties to crew members. Overall they will contribute to maintaining excellent
service, quality of products, and creating a high sales performance.

As District Manager you are responsible for maximizing the
assigned district’s revenue and cash flow growth by efficient use of people,
processes and planning. You will be responsible for the execution of an

operations and all aspects of corporate talent, including talent acquisition,

operations team in their respective market - when / where applicable.</li><li>Identifies the training needs of cafe managers and works in

WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR

As the New Cafe Opening Manager (NCOM), you will be the
leader of the NCO Team, and a point person for each opening.  You are ultimately responsible for a seamless
opening process, along with the rest of the NCO team. You will be responsible
for training the NCO Franchise owner and their General Manager (GM) on all
management functions of operating their business. You will also need to ensure
that our NCO Specialists, who are responsible for Front of House training with
Retailers, are adhering to the training plans, and there is high impact to
their training with all new hires.

excellence to ensure we leave new Franchise teams with learnings that support
