Line Cook

Prepare food following recipes, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, work in a high-volume environment, follow directions, and operate kitchen utensils and equipment.

Server

Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced breakfast restaurant; make menu and beverage recommendations; communicate with guests and team in a loud environment; carry multiple plates and drinks simultaneously.

Provide attentive table service, take and enter orders into Toast POS, maintain section cleanliness, complete product training, and be available for shifts including weekends and holidays.

Dishwasher/Busser

Preferred prior dishwashing or bussing experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, knowledge of food handling and sanitation, and ability to work as part of a team.

Provide warm guest service, seat guests, manage to-go orders, handle complaints, communicate in English, and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; basic computer skills required.

Host/Hostess (Part-Time)

Welcome and seat guests, answer phones, enter orders, prepare to-go items; must be 18+, English proficient, basic computer skills, able to work in a high-volume fast-paced environment.

Strong English communication, basic computer skills, ability to work in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant; provide warm guest service and manage seating and to-go orders.

Greet and seat guests, manage to-go orders, communicate with staff, and work in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant; English communication and basic computer skills required.

General Manager

Valid driver's license, 1+ year restaurant management experience, maintain required food service certifications, eligible to work in the U.S., background and credit check, MS Word/Excel knowledge, proficiency in restaurant operations.

Cook

Proven line cook/prep cook experience, familiarity with kitchen terminology and cooking methods, speed and accuracy, knowledge of food safety and ServSafe procedures, ability to set up stations, prep ingredients, and assist across kitchen roles.

Server (Morning/Daytime) (SUNDAY required)

Sunday availability required. Must provide friendly guest service, make menu recommendations, follow direction in a busy environment, and have manual dexterity to carry plates and drinks.

Kitchen Manager

Several years restaurant experience in fast-paced environments; ServSafe Manager certification required or obtainable within one month; experience delegating, inventory control, scheduling, hiring/discipline, and kitchen safety.

Provide friendly, guest-focused service; make food and beverage recommendations; follow direction in a fast-paced environment; coordinate hand skills for carrying plates and drinks.

2+ years GM experience with front- and back-of-house leadership; experience with budgets, scheduling, payroll, COGS, P&L, recruiting/hiring/training, ServSafe managerial certification, ability to lift 30-50 lbs.

Strong guest service and communication, ability to follow direction in a busy/loud environment, manual dexterity to carry multiple plates and drinks, and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant.
