HVAC certified with 5-7 years maintenance experience; 2-3 years supervisory experience; AA or Bachelor’s preferred; first aid preferred; background checks; health/TB requirements.

Server

High school diploma or GED; background checks as required.

Server - Part Time

Provide courteous dining service to residents; take orders, serve meals, and maintain dining areas.
