<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.</li>
	<li>Enforces regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.</li>
	<li>Controls access to client site or facility.</li>
	<li>Patrols assigned site on foot or in; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.</li>
	<li>Protects evidence or scene of the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.</li>
	<li>Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.</li>
	<li>Prepares logs and reports as required.</li>
	<li>Responsibilities may include any and all protection and security services as required by the client and directed by GMCS.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Must have SORA license</li>
	<li>18 years or older.</li>
	<li>High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive situations</li>
	<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>
	<li>Guest service oriented.</li>
	<li>Work locations vary.</li>
	<li>Physical requirements as follows:
	<ul>
		<li>Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.</li>
		<li>Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.</li>
		<li>Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours.</li>

GMCS provides safety and security solutions for more than a thousand events annually and is setting the standard for quality security professionals.</p>

<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>

<p><br />
The Event Manager is responsible for the event security operations of the GMCS events, including but not limited to event management, risk management, loss prevention, fire/life safety, security/safety training, investigations, budgeting, emergency preparedness, disaster prevention, and personnel management. <br />
 </p>

<p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Manage all aspects of event from pre-event preparation through the event to post event wrap up.</li>
	<li>Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.</li>
	<li>Controls access to client site or facility through admittance process determined by client.</li>
	<li>Patrols assigned site on foot or in vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.</li>
	<li>Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.</li>
	<li>Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.</li>
	<li>Prepares logs and reports as required, ensures accuracy of incident reports generated on site.</li>
	<li>Responsibilities may include any and all protection and security services as required by the client and directed by GMCS.</li>
	<li>Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures and security initiatives.</li>
	<li>Create and maintain business relationships with stakeholders and facility partners including local, state, & federal fire & police authorities through trainings and meetings.</li>
	<li>Oversees credentials and proxy access; ensures the quality and accuracy of all logs and incident reports generated at the site; and creates and implements post orders for the security team on site.</li>
	<li>Assists with hiring, interviewing and training of security guards and supervisors.</li>
	<li>Complete special projects and other assigned tasks within the guidelines and deadlines set by the Regional Manager.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>A minimum education level of: BA/BS Degree (4-year) in a related field or related experience.</li>
	<li>Previous event security experience.</li>
	<li>A minimum of 3 to 5 years of related work experience.</li>
	<li>Ability to lead by example.</li>
	<li>Ability to implement and adhere to the Regional Managers directives.</li>
	<li>Thorough knowledge of wireless radio communication.</li>
	<li>Ability to effectively manage, motivate, and lead the members of the team.</li>
	<li>Ability to effectively manage crises & work under pressure.</li>
	<li>Ability to perform independently with minimal direct supervision.</li>
	<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
	<li>Physical requirements as follows:
	<ul>
		<li>Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.</li>

	<li>Administrative support to the regional manager and scheduling team as needed</li>
	<li>Support the regional manager in creation of new initiatives for security personnel</li>
	<li>Go on sales meetings as needed and build local client base</li>
	<li>Help strengthen and maintain client relationships</li>
	<li>Support recruitment efforts in the New York and New England territories</li>
	<li>Additional duties as assigned</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>All Security Officers must be 18 years or older.</li>
	<li>Minimum 2 years security experience or equivalent.</li>
	<li>At least one written recommendation, for internal candidates this must be a GMCS Supervisor or Manager.</li>
	<li>Must hold a minimum of one State Security License.</li>
	<li>Must be able to pass a background check.</li>
	<li>High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive situations</li>
	<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>
	<li>Guest service oriented.</li>
	<li>Travel may be required.</li>
	<li>Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.</li>

	<li>Enforces regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.</li>
	<li>Controls access to client site or facility.</li>
	<li>Patrols assigned site on foot or in; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.</li>
	<li>Protects evidence or scene of the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.</li>
	<li>Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.</li>
	<li>Prepares logs and reports as required.</li>
	<li>Responsibilities may include any and all protection and security services as required by the client and directed by GMCS.</li>
</ul>

	<li>Must have SORA license</li>
	<li>18 years or older.</li>
	<li>High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive situations</li>
	<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>

	<li>Physical requirements as follows:

		<li>Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.</li>

<p>Shifts are anticipated to occur about once per week, typically starting at 5:00 PM and running into the evening, depending on scheduled events.</p>

	<li>Controls access to client site or facility.</li>
	<li>Patrols assigned site on foot or in; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.</li>
	<li>Protects evidence or scene of the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.</li>
	<li>Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.</li>
	<li>Prepares logs and reports as required.</li>
	<li>Responsibilities may include any and all protection and security services as required by the client and directed by GMCS.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.</li>
	<li>18 years or older.</li>
	<li>High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive situations</li>
	<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>

	<li>Work locations vary. Travel required. Travel reimbursements are available.</li>

<p>Part-time/per-diem. $21 an hour. Weekends, 2nd, and 3rd shift.</p>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Protect personnel, visitors, contractors, customers, buildings, and grounds.</li>
	<li>Conducts patrols buildings and grounds in accordance with Viatris Security Protocols, Procedures, and Policies.</li>
	<li>Monitor Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) network system. Review video as necessary. Monitor and make appropriate notifications regarding alarms involving Viatris� Global Security, intrusion, and fire systems.</li>
	<li>Initiate response/notification procedures during emergency situations such as medical emergencies, bomb threats, workplace violence incidents, suspended or terminated employees, power outages, hazardous material spills, suspicious activity, press and media requests, cargo truck incidents, etc.</li>
	<li>Completes all necessary documentation in timely manner including but not limited to daily logs, incident reports, and memos.</li>
	<li>Enforces Protocols, Procedures and Policies as prescribed by Viatris Security Management.</li>
	<li>Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.</li>
	<li>Promptly and accurately reporting all breaches of security to Viatris Security.</li>
	<li>Ability to conduct walking tours of site; sit for long periods of time; climb multiple sets of stairs and occasional ladders to check mechanical areas.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE </strong>(Preferred but not required)</p>

<p>Must possess or have ability to gain knowledge of physical plant protection, computerized alarm systems, risk management, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), and Access Control Systems.</p>

GMCS security is heavily rooted in guest services, first-class training, and professional conduct. Today, GMCS continues to set the standard for quality security professionals.</p>

<p>Overnight shifts are generally 10pm to 6am.</p>

	<li>Patrols assigned site on foot; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.</li>
	<li>Protects evidence or scene of the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.</li>
	<li>Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.</li>
	<li>Prepares logs and reports as required.</li>
	<li>Responsibilities may include any and all protection and security services as required by the client and directed by GMCS.</li>

	<li>Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.</li>

	<li>High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive situations</li>
	<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>
	<li>Guest service oriented.</li>
	<li>Work locations vary. Travel required. Travel reimbursements available.</li>
	<li>Physical requirements as follows:</li>
	<li>Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.</li>

The Crew Leader is responsible for the setup and basic management of the work zone. 	<li>Prepares logs and reports as required.</li>
	<li>Responsibilities may include any and all protection and security services as required by the client and directed by GMCS.</li>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Protect personnel, visitors, contractors, customers, buildings, and grounds.</li>
	<li>Conducts patrols buildings and grounds in accordance with Viatris Security Protocols, Procedures, and Policies.</li>
	<li>Monitor Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) network system. Review video as necessary. Monitor and make appropriate notifications regarding alarms involving Viatris� Global Security, intrusion, and fire systems.</li>
	<li>Initiate response/notification procedures during emergency situations such as medical emergencies, bomb threats, workplace violence incidents, suspended or terminated employees, power outages, hazardous material spills, suspicious activity, press and media requests, cargo truck incidents, etc.</li>
	<li>Completes all necessary documentation in timely manner including but not limited to daily logs, incident reports, and memos.</li>
	<li>Enforces Protocols, Procedures and Policies as prescribed by Viatris Security Management.</li>
	<li>Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.</li>
	<li>Promptly and accurately reporting all breaches of security to Viatris Security.</li>
	<li>Ability to conduct walking tours of site; sit for long periods of time; climb multiple sets of stairs and occasional ladders to check mechanical areas.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE </strong>(Preferred but not required)</p>

<p>Must possess or have ability to gain knowledge of physical plant protection, computerized alarm systems, risk management, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), and Access Control Systems.</p>

<p>For more than two decades Green Mtn. Concert Services, Inc. (GMCS) has specialized in providing unarmed, onsite security solutions to high-profile special events, educational institutions, industrial, corporate, and municipal clients. GMCS security is heavily rooted in guest services, first-class training, and professional conduct. Today GMCS continues to set the standard for quality security professionals. As a part-time security guard, you will have the opportunity to travel and work at different client sites. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary depending on client need and location.</p>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.</li>
	<li>Enforces regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.</li>
	<li>Controls access to client site or facility.</li>
	<li>Patrols assigned site on foot; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.</li>
	<li>Protects evidence or scene of the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.</li>
	<li>Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.</li>
	<li>Prepares logs and reports as required.</li>
	<li>Responsibilities may include any and all protection and security services as required by the client and directed by GMCS.</li>

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.</li>
	<li>18 years or older.</li>
	<li>High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive situations</li>
	<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>
	<li>Guest service oriented.</li>
	<li>Work locations vary. Travel required. Travel reimbursements available.</li>
	<li>Physical requirements as follows:</li>
	<li>Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.</li>
	<li>Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.</li>
	<li>Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours.</li>
</ul>
