5+ years in plant engineering/trades, 2+ years mid-level management, knowledge of HVAC/plumbing/electrical/refrigeration/building systems, regulatory familiarity (Title 22, NFPA 101 preferred), strong organizational and computer skills.

California nursing license in good standing required (LVN preferred), 2+ years experience preferred, current First Aid and CPR/AED required, knowledge of RCFE regulations and assisted living preferred, English proficiency.
