	<li>CPA or have passed part of the CPA Exam already</li>
	<li>Experience with tax software (preferably CCH Axcess) with the desire to quickly learn new software packages</li>
	<li>Two - five years' experience in preparing complex individual, partnership, corporate and S-Corp tax returns as well as the research of tax issues</li>
	<li>Works well with managing a variety of projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment</li>
	<li>Customer service oriented � really enjoys people and getting to know our clients, their businesses and the industries that they operate in.</li>
	<li>Works well independently or as part of a team</li>
</ul>

	<li>Possess the ability to effectively communicate with others within the firm to timely deliver services and respond to inquiries.</li>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Provide support to Tax Accountants, Managers and Partners.</li>
	<li>Interaction with colleagues across all offices to obtain information essential to preparation of returns and to delivering tax services.</li>
	<li>Assist other team members in the preparation of income tax returns or tax advisory services.</li>
	<li>Have a working knowledge of the preparation of individual returns prepared by the firm.</li>
	<li>Possess the ability to effectively communicate with tax accountants, tax managers and tax partners to timely deliver services and respond to inquiries.</li>
	<li>Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by engagement managers or engagement partners.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Junior or Senior pursuing Bachelor's in Accounting or enrolled in a Master's of Accounting program</li>
	<li>At least 3.3 GPA</li>
	<li>Strong technical skills with the ability to grasp new technology quickly.</li>
	<li>Eagerness to learn and the willingness to adapt.</li>
</ul>
