Five+ years Primavera P6 scheduling in heavy industrial construction; degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent; proficient with MS Office; ability to interpret drawings; strong communication.

Business Development Director

Minimum 10 years in business development/sales leadership within construction/industrial services; strong client development, relationships, and strategic growth.

Senior Construction Project Manager

15 years in construction management with large-scale arena experience; bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering, or civil engineering; MIOSHA 30 HR training; proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.

Superintendent

8+ years construction management; degree in CM/engineering a plus; safety, scheduling, and field leadership experience.

8+ years of industrial construction CM/PM experience; pharma/biopharma focus preferred; BS in CM/Engineering preferred; CSA/ASME/B31.x knowledge desirable; strong safety track record.
