Memory Care Support Partner

Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, able to lift/move up to 50 lbs, assist residents with mobility and ADLs, read/write/communicate in English, criminal background clearance, basic computer skills for documentation.

Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, basic computer skills, able to stand/walk/lift up to 50 lbs, assist residents with mobility, and pass criminal background clearance.

Medication Partner 7am-7pm $17.50-23 (Part Time)

Medication Partner

Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, state-required active medication certification, able to lift up to 50 lbs, assist with ADLs, basic computer skills, pass health screening, TB test, and criminal background check.

Medication Partner 7pm-11pm $17.50-23 (Part Time)

State-required active medication certification, high school diploma or equivalent, able to lift up to 50 lbs, standing/walking all day, computer skills, criminal background clearance, TB test and recent health screening, 18+ years old.

Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, English proficient, able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs, computer literate for basic documentation, and pass criminal background check.

Housekeeper $15.50-$20.75 (As Needed)

Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency (8th grade), able to stand/walk/lift up to 25 lbs, pass health screening/TB test and criminal background check.

Director of Nursing (Full Time)

Director of Nursing

RN or LPN licensed in good standing; at least 2 years’ resident-care experience in assisted living; knowledge of care standards, regulations, and medication management; strong leadership and communication skills.
